I do not know why travel agencies went out of fashion. River Oaks Travel is the best examples of why all luxury vacations need the services they provide. Our trip included expert guides, drivers, fantastic hotels and even an afternoon of cooking with a chef in his kitchen. We opted for everything to be just for the two of us and they made it all happen flawlessly. We sent them our wishes for a week in Sicily and they made it happen. You pick the place you want to explore and let them do the work.Samantha is great.

Samantha at River Oaks Travel was wonderful to work with. She gave me so many options when planning my family trip to Italy. And she was invaluable when 4 hours before our flight I received an email from the airline that my flight was canceled and they wanted to rebook me for the next day. Samantha was able to rearrange flights and were able to leave at the same time and connect through a different city. We arrived in Venice at the same time we were originally scheduled to arrive. I would never have been able to manage this on my own. Our accommodations were all wonderful, and Samantha arranged for advance tickets and tour guides for all of the major attractions so we did not have to wait in lines. She made the planning so easy, and the trip extremely enjoyable. I will definitely use River Oaks Travel for future trips.

All aspects of our trip were top notch. The hotel was excellent and close to attractions but far enough to be more quiet. The tour company was really good and the guides were great. Karen was always quick to answer if I had any questions. Food recommendations were first class. We will be using her again for future trips.

I really enjoyed working with Ana at River Oaks Travel Agency! I reached out to her wanting to book a kid friendly trip to Mexico with an ocean view. She sent me multiple venues and prices within the date ranges. She responded very quickly for any changes or questions that I had. Once we chose our preferred location, she helped book everything and uploaded all the information in the River Oaks Travel App. All the confirmation numbers and details were in one place. I could still get access to the documents for the vendors requiring confirmation without WiFi which is useful when I don’t have signal in a different country. On our travel day, everything ran very smoothly. Upon reaching our resort room, we had a welcome sign with balloons, wine, and cookies waiting for us, which my kids loved! Again, highly recommend working with Ana at River Oaks Travel Agency for a smooth travel journey!

We used Kate at River Oaks Travel and she did an amazing job setting up our recent French Polynesia vacation and cruise. From setting up all the flights (to and between 3 islands) boat and airport transfers,hotels, restaurants and everything else, Kate took care of everything for us.
