This is by far the best auto shop out there. I hit a huge pothole in Montrose and really messed my baby up. I took it there because they were the closest and I’m so lucky I did. Not only did they work with me and my insurance but I basically had to do nothing. The whole team is fantastic but a special about out to Ashley. She communicated with me every single day and gave me constant updates. Promote her, give her the fattest raise, get her more vacation lol. They saved my baby and my sanity and I could not be more thankful! GO TO THEM FOR LITERALLY ANYTHING CAR RELATED.

I can’t recommend RMS Auto Care enough! A few months ago, my car decided to start acting like it wanted to financially ruin me, so I got quotes from three different repair shops before finding RMS. Not only did they have the best reviews, but they also gave me the lowest quote, which immediately made me suspicious in the best way possible. Turns out, they’re just genuinely honest people. They did a phenomenal job on the repairs, had my car fixed ridiculously fast, and even sent me Lyft rides to and from my house so I didn’t have to spend my day sitting around waiting for car updates like a worried parent at soccer practice. The whole experience was so smooth it almost made me forget my bank account had just been attacked by car maintenance. Fast forward to today: I brought my car back for a simple lightbulb replacement because at this point I trust them more than I trust most people. They fixed it for FREE and told me, “We’ll see you next time you need repairs.” Sir… in this economy?! Customer service like this barely exists anymore. RMS Auto Care truly has that rare old-school honesty and kindness you always hear older people talk about. Every single person there has been incredible. Huge shoutout to Lorenzo for always taking care of me and my beautiful car, Rosie, who is now thriving emotionally and mechanically. If you need a trustworthy shop, this is the place.

I brought the car in to have an overall review of my 2006 Lexus. I am thrilled to say that they have a great assessment and said what great shape the car is in. All sorts of lights and warnings were showing up when I brought it in. So for it to be them to say it was a great car in really good shape means a lot. I got an oil change and air filter replaced. For under $200 with a coupon that I asked if they had one and they did for the oil change. On a separate occasion, I brought in my other Lexus for an oil change just before I got on the road to Dallas. I had a family emergency and they got me in and out fairly quickly. The team showed genuine concern for me my family. It’s nice to know there are honest & kind auto service companies out there in a nice neighborhood who take care of their customers!! A big thank you to the team at RMS. You’ve got a customer for life!!

Took my vehicle to RMS for the first time. This is the auto repair shop I've been looking for. The service was exceptional, diagnostic report was thorough and well documented with photos, and repairs were done well at a fair price and backed by a generous warranty. Everyone I spoke with was impressive, especially my service advisor Lorenzo who communicated with me from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I don’t normally leave Google reviews, but Azim absolutely earned this one. I live in Austin, and while I was in Houston back in March, my 2016 Ford Explorer’s transmission failed on I-10. I barely made it into RMS Auto Care (the closest shop I could find on google with good reviews). What started as an unexpected transmission rebuild turned into a long and frustrating ordeal with additional warranty work and another unexpected transmission failure. It was one of the most stressful automotive experiences I’ve ever had. And believe me when I say that I've had a LOT of them with this "Exploder". Through all of it, Azim never stopped taking care of me. He was honest, straightforward, easy to communicate with, and always treated me with respect. He never avoided me, never made excuses, and stood behind the work 100%. When the transmission failed again, he arranged to have my vehicle picked up, worked with the transmission specialists until the issue was fully resolved, and personally made sure the vehicle was thoroughly tested before giving it back. What impressed me most wasn’t that everything went perfectly—it didn’t. It was how Azim handled things when they didn’t. That’s what real customer service looks like. On top of everything, he went above and beyond by personally helping me with replacing my car key, when he knew I’d been through a really difficult year financially. He didn’t have to do that, and I’ll never forget it. If you need someone who is honest, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about making things right, ask for Azim.
