Sign in to reviewMy "wife" takes me there to talk to her "attorney" to see how they can help her get her green card. The "attorney" asks for $7000, and gives no receipt. The "wife" is tutored how to answer all the questions the immigration office will ask - questions that honest people CAN answer without being tutored. RMI and the "wife" are successful. "Wife" is now trying to grab as much money in divorce proceedings as she can now that she has her green card. She currently lives high on the hog, rent-free, in a relative's home. She's tutored well! Scam, sham, bam... If your girlfriend takes you here, you're already hosed. This place caters to Vietnamese citizens. Everyone else is their pawn.
They took money and never answered my call
If I could give 0 stars, I would give it for the attitude of the person answering the phone. I'm preparing to move to California and called here to ask about the application process for my family of three, but after hearing the way the person answering my phone spoke and their attitude, I will never choose this place again. They showed annoyance when I asked questions and didn't bother to answer them. I also felt that this office lacked professionalism when someone answered customer inquiries like her – unprofessional and very unfriendly.
This is an administrative fee ....! I paid $700 for the office of guarantee parents travel to the United States on November 18, 2014, but then I had to cancel on November 20, 2014 due to false information has been given, it is a guarantee for my parents moved to the United States. I canceled due to I am not an American citizen, It's cost me $250 for an administrative fee, the office staff said. At the same time, I asked, "Where is the policy that force me to pay for it, please tell me?" The staff responded verbally, but then added, "That's just our policy." In my response, I asked to write down somewhere to prove there was a record for me. Finally, the staff wrote on invoice #028169. It became clear within a few days with a printed document from the office stating that this was the charge. It's incredible. Finally, for any of you, please request an administrative fee from the office before making a deposit or deciding to work with them. It's just for your information. This is an administrative fee! I paid the office $700 to sponsor my parents' immigration to the United States on November 18, 2014, but then canceled on November 20, 2014, due to misinformation provided. It was a guarantee for my parents to immigrate to the United States. Because I am not a U.S. citizen. So I canceled, and in the end, the cost to me was $250 for an administrative fee, the office staff member replied. At the same time, I asked, "Where is your policy that says that it forces me to do this, please show me?" The staff member didn't offer any verbal response... and then... "That's just our policy." In response, I then requested that it be written down somewhere to prove that it was a record. Finally, the staff member wrote on invoice #028.169. Clearly, this was just a few days ago with a printed document from the office and they claim this is a fee. Unbelievable. Finally, for your information, please request an office administrative fee before you make a deposit or decide to proceed with the work.
The staff were unfriendly, the consultation fees were high, and their work attitude was not commensurate with the price.
