It’s a free country, anyone can leave a review at any time. Any reputable business would learn how to take criticism with grace. Obviously y’all are not reputable. Even if I did come back in to get fixed, I would not let anyone in that salon touch my hair. Learn to take criticism and accountability. Edit: since apparently I never came to this salon, I have attached both my confirmation texts and receipt that I got from your system. I felt that I was kind in my statement which did not warrant a “clap back” like we are 16. I work full time as a nurse and I am in college full time, so my hair is typically up and out of my face. I agree, it took me too long to say something, but no matter how I said it, in person or online, I feel yall would have responded the same way. I feel that a business that holds itself to such a high standard should be able to accept criticism. I’m not looking to get my money back, we are far past that due to me, I’m not looking for clout. The bulk was taken out of my hair which is mainly what I wanted, but I was left with a bad haircut. If I would’ve taken scissors to my own hair, I would not have left a bad review. And god forbid someone doesn’t want their face blasted all over a businesses page. I am more than happy to speak to someone in management come Tuesday morning, May 5th. Either by phone or in person. Below are my receipt and my confirmation messages. I got my hair done here about a month ago, and I have been really gaslighting myself into thinking that this was a good haircut. But the more than I’m looking at it and had a second pair of eyes laid on it, it is not a good haircut. I have two very distinct layers in my hair and the layer on the bottom doesn’t span the entire under layer (if that makes sense). It only runs from the right side of my head from the middle to about 3 inches away from my ear. The rest of my hair is that second layer and that isn’t even either. It feels like it is a blunt cut. Although I really liked the service and I had heard amazing things about the Salon, this was a bad experience, especially with how long my hair was, which I included a picture of. I did tell my stylist that she can cut off what needs to be cut off, but I did not want to lose more than 3 inches, if possible, but she cut off a lot more than just 3 inches which initially broke my heart, but I understood that it had to go. But to lose that much hair and not even have a good haircut is really disappointing. I’m not going to include pictures of my bangs, but those are also incredibly uneven and don’t really fall naturally on my face. I did not get any of the face framing layers that I wanted, nor really any layers at all.I did not go to another stylist after because like I said, I was trying to convince myself that it was a good haircut. But when I realized that it did not match my inspiration whatsoever, I needed to say something. My hair was cut by Bryn. I really liked her and I felt like she could be my new stylist, which kept me from getting this fixed. While this salon does have a really wonderful vibe and overall really stunning views, this is something that will just keep me from coming back.

This place is phenomenal! I had a wonderful time with Paola while getting my hair done, she was so dope to talk with and very informative on what they were doing to my hair at each moment! The overall atmosphere of the place is also fantastic, everyone is so so supportive and welcoming, I never felt awkward while there! I soo highly recommend this place, especially Pao! :)

My daughter and I both had consultations a few weeks ago to discuss the looks we were hoping to achieve. We returned today, and my daughter had her hair cut and styled by Kayleigh. She was very nervous at first, but Kayleigh was incredibly patient, took the time to listen to her, and worked carefully to create the exact haircut she wanted. By the end of the appointment, my daughter was so happy and absolutely loved the results. I worked with Claudia for gray blending after trying other salons and never quite getting the look I wanted. Claudia truly listened to what I was looking for and delivered exactly the color I had hoped for. We both had such a great experience. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

i found out about this place online after seeing their promotions on tiktok and i dont regret it one bit! im absolutely enamored with my haircut done by sofie and got a lot of compliments at an event :)) id definitely come here again! the environment is quite welcoming and wasnt too busy in the morning. i made an appointment with sofie (styledbysofie_) since she seemed to be specialized in layered hairstyles, which is what i wanted. i was afraid that a layered hair style would not work out for my hair since i have thin asian hair and not anything dense or thick, so i reached out sofie in dms with inspo and asked if it was achievable. ***i highly recommend reaching out to your stylist beforehand to let them know what you want so you guys can both coordinate!! especially with sofie, since she communicated with me afterwards that this helps her a lot in advance too!*** afterwards, i met up with her at the salon and i went over what i wanted and asked questions about achievability, styling, etc., which sofie was very informative and kind about, letting me know proper terminology as well as reassuring me about my hair type. a coworker also washed my hair and they were very nice and fun to talk to, but i dont remember their name (sorry </3) overall, i had a great experience for my first time at an alt salon and i would totally make the drive to come here again. thank you sm sofie!!

I really wanted to love my experience here, but I left feeling disappointed. I arrived early for my appointment, but we didn’t actually start until about 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Things happen, so I wasn’t upset about the delay. However, once we got started, I felt like the appointment was rushed. I asked for a wolf cut, which is a pretty popular haircut right now. I was surprised when my stylist asked me what it was and needed a reference photo, especially since several people working in the salon had similar hairstyles. My bangs turned out great, but the rest of the haircut wasn’t what I had envisioned. Looking at my before and after, there honestly isn’t much of a difference, which was disappointing considering the price. By the end of the appointment, it felt like the focus had shifted to getting out the door since it was after closing time. My hair was still damp in several spots, it wasn’t fully styled, and I didn’t leave feeling confident or excited about my new haircut. The staff was friendly, but the overall service didn’t match the cost. There was also a kitten wandering around in the salon, and while it was adorable, it seemed to distract the staff from their clients during my appointment. Overall, I don’t think the experience justified the price. Kind staff can only go so far when the service feels rushed and the final result doesn’t meet expectations.
