To Whom It May Concern, I was very thorough in explaining exactly what I was looking for with my hair service. I specifically requested **Volume Wefts** from Natalie, the salon owner, but I do not believe I received the type of wefts I originally asked for. My installation was completed on **July 1st**. After a few days, I began noticing that my hair felt very tight on the top of my head, and I was experiencing significant itching. I also remember there being a small leftover piece of extension that Natalie decided to place at the very top of my head. I trusted her professional judgment, so I didn't question the decision at the time. In all of my previous extension installations, I have never had an extra small piece added to the very top of my head. I initially thought the tightness might improve or loosen over the next few days, but unfortunately, that never happened. The area still feels tight, and it seems to be pulling on the hair at the top of my head, which is especially concerning because I already have very thin hair in that area. I tried discussing my concerns with Natalie, but I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. My goal was simply to have the issue addressed before it caused any further discomfort or damage to my natural hair. Instead, I have continued to experience tightness, itching, and worry that the tension may be causing unnecessary stress on my scalp and the hair I do have. I am very disappointed because I placed my trust in the salon's expertise and expected my concerns to be handled professionally. Natalie agreed to fix the problem we agreed that I would go in Tuesday July 14th but I had so much going that I was thought my appointment was at 12 I texted her to tell her I was running behind, then she snapped back at me saying I missed my 11:30 appointment and that her schedule was full up until the following week and she was being very nasty and rude to me..She would not understand that i honestly thought my appointment was at noon.. well please people beware of Natalie at Roma Salon because if she screws up your hair extensions she will find every excuse in the book not to fix the problem.my advice would be to find a more professional Salon.

Monica has the patience of an angel. My son throws tantrums every time but she remains cool and slowly eases him into allowing her to cut his hair. Despite being a little boy who moves a lot, she leaves his hair flawless! She listens to how you want the hair and I feel a lot of beauty consultants lack that trait. She is truly amazing and I highly recommend her!

I love the way Monica does my haircuts. She goes above and beyond to make sure I walk out with the hairstyle I want. She is listens and as she’s cutting your hair she always asks if I want it any different or should there be any adjustments and she suggests things depending on your hair type and the style you’re trying to go for. I definitely recommend her.

Monica is one of the best hairstylist in the DFW area. If you are looking for a great service, atmosphere, and attitude than this is the place to be. She always goes the extra mile to achieve the hairstyles that her customers need. Definitely recommend it.

Forever looking for a proper fade. Appointments are preferred but you might get picked up in between if you're in a rush. The place is clean and the staff is cool. The hood is a little sketchy but that's just because it's Garland.
