Sign in to reviewI went with one stylist and at the end of our session I kinda didn’t like it, it wasn’t what i asked for. She brushed off my concerns and basically explained to me why it was right…. I could tell she didn’t want to service me anymore and told me i could meet her up at the desk to pay. I got home and hated my hair, i called to get it fixed but thought “nah i’ll just go somewhere else” when i called to cancel the appointment Eva the owner said she’d fix it herself and when i was in the chair she completely butchered my hair. Theres a weird really long streak of hair in the middle. in the back, layers are uneven, my hair in the front is completely chopped and is giving this mullet look. I completely regret ever letting them touch my beautiful thick hair.
Called week of for an appointment for my mom. Was accommodated and given an appointment with Bianca who did an amazing job with her hair. Everyone was so nice and appreciated the appointment in such a short notice. I would definitely recommend Bianca to everyone!
Super happy with my experience at this salon. I live on Ft. Sam and am in the military. I just moved to the area and tried Ross because of the proximity to the base. Kyleen gave me a fantastic trim and was super sweet. I am very happy a found this reasonably priced salon so close to my home!
My daughter and I i went in for long layers and face frame, they did an amazing job, I think it was the owner but dont quote me, she was a mature woman and was just lovely. We loved our cuts and will definitely be returning in the future.
They took my girls as walk-ins today and they both left very happy with their hair. It was my youngest’s first trim and salon visit and I’ll definitely be bringing them both back. Thank you ladies!
