Sign in to reviewIt said coming soon but words of mouth so abit busy on Sunday early evening (5:30pm). Stopped by to get some desserts but end up getting Soursoo Tamarind (but they ran out of tamarind so went without it, and several other drinks. Service is good, slow but understandable since they are still in sott opening. The place is clean and bare decor with a handful of tables and chairs and bright wall colors. Parking is pretty good & easy. Their drinks are quite unique, refreshing and pretty good. Settled but flavorful after couple tasting. Overall, better than expected and compared to others for sure. As for pricing, within the expectation and affordable. Hopefully they will improve the decor prior opening.
This is such a shame. The drink is so good and unique. Toppings are flavorful and unique as well. I ordered Tra Sua Com, aka Cereal Flake with barley topping boba. Turned out $8.70 ($1 for topping). Be advised, you can adjust the sweetness level. For me, I asked for 25% sweetness. Tea is strong and authentic. I can tell they use good tea because the flavor was lingered after the first sip. However, service was horrible! I came here on Friday around 6 pm. There were two customers ahead of me. 4 employees. 1 was approximately mid 30s and the other 3 were probably in 18 or early 20s. I waited approximately 15 minutes for my drinks. Only one employee was working and the other 3 were on their phones. However, the one was working was joking around with other 3. Then one skinny glasses girl who was employee kept checking on her boyfriend at the table and hung out with him. I was already heated. My drink finally came out. I saw it was sitting on the table but the skinny girl did not see it because she was busy distracting with her boyfriend. I fed up and walked to the register and asked for my drink. One other employee asked the other one if this is mine. They had no clue whose it was then just gave it to me. I asked if barley topping was in there bc i ordered it. They said yes. So as I was driving back to my place, i took a few sips but did not find any barley topping. So i turned back and waited in the line AGAIN for the missing item. The glasses kid came up and helped. She added the topping i wanted in my cup and USED HER FINGERS TO TOUCH MY STRAW AND MIXED the topping in my drink. I could not believe what i just saw!! I trashed the straw. Overall, drinks and toppings are good but service is HORRIBLE. I pray and hopping the owner would read my review so she /he/they can fix the problem. Such ashame bc this place have so much potential.
This milk tea is seriously amazing! The tea flavor is rich and strong, not overly sweet at all. The toppings are super generous and delicious 😍 Every time I drink it, the quality is consistently great. I will definitely keep coming back again and again! …
My child absolutely loves the drinks here, especially with the wide variety of toppings available. Everything runs very professionally, from the moment you order until the drinks are ready.
Drinks are always rich in flavor and tea tastes stronger than other boba shops. Topping selection is great, and the honey boba is one of the best in OC. I’ve been a loyal customer since the owner was selling drinks from home before opening a proper storefront. But their service is something else. It’s always slow, not that they being extra careful, but that they seem to taking their time and enjoying themselves doing other things in the prep area. And now I have to concerned about their food safety too? Why was there a peanut in my drink? Their menu dont even have any drink that needs peanut iirc. So where did it come from? From an outside source? From an employee’s food?? The peanut was heavy and similar in color to the drink, so it sank to the bottom. I didn’t know it until I had almost finished the entire cup, which was honestly disgusting. The shop should seriously review customer feedback and provide better staff training, for them to stay focused on their job, and not letting any incidents like this happen again.
