Doctor Long K. Hoang is such a competent, charitable person who knows his craft very well. Right next door to his practice is another Dentist office with somewhat gaudy over the top external advertising. Route 50 Dental did not add one extra exterior sign to “compete” with the competition next door. He does not need to because the vibe and practice of Route 50 Dental promotes itself by word of mouth and retaining customers for life.
Had a filling replaced and Dr. Hoang did a fantastic job! I have had a bad experience with another dentist so it was a relief to have a smooth experience. He even got my bite correct immediately (something I usually have to go back to adjust after the novocaine has worn off). While the office is simple, they are pros! I have been to dentists with fancy offices and state of the art equipment and have had issues with the actual work. I highly recommend Rte 50 dental care and everyone who works there is so friendly!
I would like to take a moment to write a thank to Dr. Hoang. It is coincidence is that today is Thanksgiving. I would like to say thank you to doctor and staffs. I recently took my son to Dr. Hoang. It is amazing visit that I would like to share on here. Dr. Hoang truly cares his patients. He provided my son and family how to care our teeth including flossing, brushing as well as using mouth wash. Initially, I thought we did well at home. As we always think brushing or floss or using mouthwash are simple but it’s actually having a technique to do it correctly. Dr. Hoang reinforced us how to perform flossing and brushing correctly and really takes time to explain mostly to us. This is change our vision and we started following his teaching and directions. In addition, during this visit, we watch a video. It provided us about how our teeth effects in long term. This is very nice video and informative. I had coming to a huge dental office before; however, they had done their job very poorly. Coming to Dr. Hoang’s office is different. It’s smaller office, but the works they have done are amazing. The front desk is always welcome and very friendly. The important is the works he does is excellent and the beyond. I don’t know what to explain about it but it is the top of the top. Dr. Hoang is great dentist. He is professional with great work ethics, truly caring for his patients and excellent performing in his work. After the visit, I had asked my son how did you feel. I could see him that he is happy with Dr. Hoang because he didn’t feel pain and feel very comfortable with Dr. Hoang during this visit. We are very happy about it. Again, thank you very much for taking us. Dr. Hoang gave us knowledge about how to care for our teeth better. Dr. Hoang is truly best dentist that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend him to any one. He is not only good with children but also in adults. His performance is exceed excellent, professional as well as compassion. We continue to support Dr. Hoang and wish you the best holidays!
