Dr. Kastoori and her medical assistants are fantastic! They are extremely nice and did a wonderful job answering my questions and explaining my dental care. As a small note of constructive feedback, I think the front desk could be a bit more clear when explaining financial documents. While I'm starting with a deep cleaning, the initial out-of-pocket estimate for an upcoming surgical procedure changed drastically from $321 to $727. The receptionist tried to explain the change when asked, but it was hard to follow and not very clear. A more straightforward breakdown for these kinds of changes would really help patients feel more comfortable during check-out. I have several appointments scheduled to complete my work here and look forward to updating this review and rating as my treatment progresses!
