I was stood up. Had an appointment for 10 am and a confirmation email. I have a newborn, so there are logistics involved for me to get time away in terms of arranging childcare, timing breastfeeding, and leaving pumped milk with her in case. Instead of getting a massage I was really looking forward to, I wasted my morning of freedom driving 20 minutes there, sitting and waiting around for 25 minutes and driving home again.

She used the perfect amount of pressure to really get into my back and loosen up my shoulders. She finished it off with some stretching, which was the perfect ending to an amazing massage.
