Sign in to reviewI would give this business a zero star if I could. Went in for live-scan and the owner has a very rude attitude and seemingly uninterested in providing service to the customer. My mom, who was accompanying me, was curious what live-scan is and asked him about it. He replied rudely in Vietnamese "ask him / hoi no do" instead of briefly explaining it like a professional does. As for the actual service which is laughably non-existent, he told me to show him my hand. He took a look at it and declared "it's wet, can't do it...it won't show up...you should go to the police station...only them can take wet hands". It's a hot day and my hands were slightly sweaty which can easily dry off with a napkin. But nope, he took a look at it with his eyes and just won't even want to provide the service. So either his equipment is too antiquated to providing the advertised service or he is incompetent at it. Ultimately, I got out of his office, drove to another service just a block away down the street called Certifix Live Scan. It took them less than 5 minutes to take my live-scan with the same hands lmao. No show hands, no hassle whatsoever. Now I just roll my eyes thinking about his attitude and service.
October, 17-2023 I went to this office to find out why my friends got bully from Charlie. They need his help regarding their insurance policy but he refused and told them call insurance company directly cuz he doesn't obligations does that. I was curious about what he said then make sure he does right and he was sure then he also stated that the contract between insurance and him. Next day I called Infiniti insurance company talk to Arturo who is working for Infiniti stated that is wrong information and I am here to tell everyone do not go to this office for any service because he is liars.
Yesterday I came in this office for help about insurance need but the owner name Charlie wasn’t help at all then unprofessional and uneducated with his attitude to customer. I am rarely post but this time I am strongly recommend every one not to come this office for any services. This man is tyrant ! If I can give this business as zero rating I would .
Came in for a live scan. The website said they would do it for $20. I heard the guy working there that it was going to be that much, and then he ended up charging me $71 in the confusion. No written confirmation, no signing, no safeguards against this kind of miscommunication. Definitely done on purpose.
Great live scan fingerprinting experience. Professional, fast and friendly. Office is new, easy to find, and plenty of parking.
