Saigon Noodle Club by Pho King Rapidos

Was so excited to try this spot but we were disappointed in the amount of protein given. We tried the sizzling pho bowl that has brisket and even paid for extra brisket (+$4) which brought the total of the dish to $19 before tax and tip….we maybe received what felt like a 1/3 cup of an amount of small cubed brisket. We also tried their MHAFW special which included brisket as well and for the price you’re paying, you’d expect a decent sized amount of protein to fit your protein needs in one meal. The pictures on the menu are deceiving because you definitely don’t get the same portion size of protein in your food. Re-edited to reply to the response of my review - the portion of the meat depicted in the picture of the sizzling pho photo is not the same as what you get. You can refer to other photos in other reviews. There is no problem with having increased prices for food but it needs to be justified. For the amount of meat we got, we did not feel we got our money's worth. We 100% feel we could have gotten more at any other spot in the Edgewater building or at a regular pho spot. They definitely load on the noodles in your bowls. There is almost never any doubt that you would get a decent portion size of protein in your regular pho bowls elsewhere. So we expected something to at least 1/3 of that given that this is a specialty place. Just a heads up to any other individuals that value their protein needs. Everything was tasty but there is a lot of oil in the food. We did enjoy the ube pandan butter mochi. They have rotating desserts that include your favorite Asian flavors.

Was glad to support this stall setup by the same owners of the popular food truck. They’re doing some variations on the normal Viet fare by branching out in terms or flavor and new dishes. They still have pho which was decent. Really enjoyed the fried tofu and chicken and rice special (kinda like an east Asian version of helal guys), solid fusion dish. They were rammed on this day but gotta respect the grind so no points deducted. Overall they are a nice complement to the greater food hall. Would go back

Aside from serving yummy food, the owners are the sweetest people! Idk what the reviews about them being rude are about. Purely based on the restaurant’s IG stories, it’s clear they grew up eating and appreciating the same authentic …

This is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants and pho I have had! At this point I think I have tried everything on the menu. Nothing has disappointed! The wings are probably the best wings I have ever had in my life. The beef brisket is so tender and so delicious. The broth has so much flavor! I always buy an extra cup to sip on it's so delicious. You can tell that the owner puts his heart and soul into his recipes and his food. You can taste the love! I come in about once a week. This week it was twice haha. I can't help but feel like a lot of the one star reviews are from the other pho place across the street. Because I have never experienced anything any of those people are saying. The food here is consistently amazing. I have never been disappointed.

Came on chicken bowl Monday! This spot did not disappoint! I will 100% come back every Monday for this. I wish they had it every day! The fresh spring rolls were phenomenal!
