I would not recommend anyone go to this dilapidated and horrid place. The lady who runs the store was astonishingly rude to my grandmother, who is 70 years old, very kind, and just a bit slow. I understand that people can come under pressure and stress sometimes, but not only is this place never busy—so I don't know where any of that will be coming from—but you should NEVER be rude to your elders. That's a golden rule. My grandma was just trying to send a package to Vietnam but was having trouble, and even though my brother was there to help her, it was still confusing because the lady spent more time yelling at them for being “unprepared” and “wasting her time” (again, when the store never gets much business lol); she was also aggressive with her coworker, who was moving around some boxes. They were yelling at each other a lot. Anyway, there are other places you can go to if you need to send packages, buy CDs/DVDs, or buy Vietnamese medicine. You do NOT need to give this horrible place your money or time. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this awful and terrible place.
