Sakura Asian Bistro 2

My wife and I recently visited Sakura Asian Bistro 2, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. One thing that stood out right away was the menu, which blends both Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I asked our waitress to confirm, and she explained that the restaurant proudly offers dishes from both culinary traditions. We started with the pork pot stickers, and they were excellent—well prepared, flavorful, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. For our entrées, we both ordered the lemon chicken with white rice, accompanied by unsweetened tea. The food was very good overall. Our only observation was that the fried chicken was cooked just a touch longer than our preference, making it slightly overdone. Even so, it remained enjoyable, and the bright lemon sauce complemented it nicely. The dining atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Soft background music created a relaxing environment without overpowering conversation, and both our waitress and the manager were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. One aspect that almost gave us the wrong first impression was the large number of food photos covering the front windows. In our opinion, they detract from the restaurant’s curb appeal and make it appear less polished than it actually is. Fortunately, once we stepped inside, we found a spacious, clean, and well-maintained dining room that completely changed our impression. The pricing was fair and represented good value for the quality and portion sizes we received. By the end of the meal, we both agreed that Sakura Asian Bistro 2 is one of those hidden gems that’s easy to overlook but well worth discovering. We’ll definitely be returning, and we would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for good Japanese and Chinese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

The food and service are simply fantastic. The food is always hot,very flavorful and fresh. On Mondays and Thursdays there is bogo on a special menu. I recommend this Restaurant 💯

My wife and I really enjoy having an Asian restaurant nearby that has great variety of food options. Great portion for the price and and server was very friendly.
