Sala Thai Massage and Spa River Oaks

This was one of the best massages I've ever had! I've had massages all over the world (Japan, India, Thailand) and this experience was right near the top. Jes was incredible. I did the 90 minute combination Thai + Deep tissue massage. She was able to work out every knot in my body and stretched out all my muscles. She was very responsive to my requests and used just the right amount of tension and adjusted to different areas. The ambiance was just right and overall a relaxing feel. Highly recommend and I will certainly be back.

I’m so happy I found this spot!! As a regular massage person I find myself looking for different types of massages techniques and therapists. I reserved for a Swedish massage and told them I wanted a bit extra pressure and she totally understood the assignment. They gave me a form to fill with information about what I was expecting and some medical info just to make sure it was safe to receive the therapy. They have different options of massages. My therapist LAI-LO she was so kind and respectful through out the therapy. She nade sure I was receiving the right pressure and the movements were slow and steady. Definitely felt relaxed and my shoulders and back had knots undone. I can’t wait to come back and try other treatments like the scrubs or the lymphatic draining massage. Place is like an old house so it has a very particular and cute set up. Plenty of parking in the front.

Great Thai Massage. At the beginning, the guy at the front explain you every massage style and it’s benefits, also the intake form is very complete to customize your session. The massage is incredible, perfect if you’re looking for stretching and a good deep tissue. I’ve been coming monthly for almost 2 months. Sala thai is my new favorite wellness place. Recommended 100%.

This was probably one of the best massages I’ve had in Houston. Yaya took exceptional care of me from start to finish — professional, attentive, and truly skilled. The entire experience felt relaxing and well-paced, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. The staff was welcoming, the owner was kind, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to fully unwind. Highly recommend!

10/10 spot. Lila did a Swedish massage for me and she was phenomenal. My boyfriend had a lady named Dream for a deep tissue and he said it might have been his best massage yet. Lila was so friendly! We will be back!!
