We interviewed three firms before selecting who we use to assist us in developing a strategy to deal with a multi-state sales tax issue. We successfully filed and completed VDAs in several states. Alex was our interface to the states and lead us through the process. He helped me keep track of where we were in each state and guided me as I filled out all the forms. The process was still not easy, but with Alex's help it went very smoothly and we got it done!
