My service here was great but however it smelled like moth balls and trash when you first walk in. The lady at the front was rude and the bathrooms were filthy and smelled like pee. They need to take better care of this situation.

I have been leasing from this establishment for 5 months and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Doris, the front desk manager, has been so helpful from the beginning—making sure I had what I needed. Every time I see her, she always tells me hello, she comes to check on me and see if the temperature is okay in the room. I really appreciate her and the work she does to keep our place clean, friendly and professional. The location has been beneficial to my clients and my business. My suite neighbors are so kind. Actually, every suite owner that I have come across is so sweet and kind. I love this environment! If you’re thinking of renting here, do it!

I have been going to Salon Park for a few months now specifically for my Stylist. I have seen the same front desk lady which is the office manager for the same amount of time. I was a bit shocked at first because when you walk in this lady is never looking up, not polite at all, not once greets anyone, and what is worse is the overpowering and reeking smell of marijuana coming from her. I went to Salon Park this past Friday and witnessed something so appalling. I saw the office manager (front desk lady) aggressively yelling and confronting in a threatening manner a young mother and her young son as I walked out of the restroom. Seems the office manager is also responsible for cleaning the restrooms which by the way are not kept that clean and nor do they have soap – none of dispensers work, they have some weird bottles with water or something watered down in them but definitely not soap. From what I witnessed the office manager apparently had an issue with the small young boy using the restroom. I saw the office manager yelling and hollering uncontrollably to the young mother using foul language when she was not saying anything to her. In fact the young lady asked the office manager to leave her alone. I lost sight of the young lady and her son. However, the office manager kept yelling “I am the manager here, no one will do anything to me. I am the manager. I am the manager”. I then saw the office manager going around and down the halls trying to find the young lady and her son. To my surprise I then saw the office manager standing at the exit doors waiting for them. I decided it was time for me to leave. I hope the young mother and her son are okay. The office manager is rude, extremely threatening, lacks professionalism, has no customer service, no ethical behavior, and overall repulses humanity. I hope she is removed from Salon Park, she will run off clients if she hasn’t already. The only reason I go this place is because of my Stylist. There are great people at Salon Park but the office manager is absolutely not one of them.
