My daughter had a very specific haircut in mind, Jillian tailored it exactly to perfection for my daughter. The whole experience was breezy and light. My daughter was 100% comfortable from the moment we walked in, never felt pressured or anxious. We will 100% be coming back again. That goes for both of our haircuts & treatments. Also, Jillian suggested we had to try the new spot next door “Whipped” and boy oh boy did we! It was the best dessert we’ve had in a long time. Thank you so much 🫶🏻

I had the most wonderful experience I have ever had at a Salon today. Levi was my stylist and she made my vision come to life! You can tell that they clearly enjoy what they're doing and take incredible care of their clients. I asked for a layered cut with side bangs and got exactly that. I was originally nervous because I have thick, frizzy, and wavy hair, but Levi was able to work their magic and did an incredible job with the cut and styling. Will definitely go again! 10/10 experience. The salon was beautiful 🥹❤️❤️

Salon vibe is the place to go!! Especially with Faithlynn the picture on the left was after I had left a salon with no confidence in my hair because I wasn’t given what I had asked for. The second two are in the salon after one session with Faithlynn. I have a ton of hair so I’ve always been scared to get my hair done but after she blessed me with her skills I have so much confidence in my hair now!! It’s the best work I’ve ever had and will definitely be going back to my girl!

Amazing! Elisa worked her magic and completely corrected and transformed my diy-lightened brassy hair into gorgeous highlights with dimension! And Levi gave me a beautiful cut and style with layers and curls I love! Both ladies are wonderful and bring a warm welcoming vibe to this salon 💕

That’s how my blow dry looks by Levi. I honestly don’t know whether to laugh or cry. As a hairstylist, a blow dry is one of the easiest things you can do, and you could tell from the technique they were using that they couldn’t even manage that. For them, this look was enough — this was their “finished” blow dry. I was shocked. When I asked them to fix it, they were just randomly hitting my hair with the brush and trying to dry it with barely warm air. I really couldn’t tolerate it anymore. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings because she seemed like a kind girl, so I kept my frustration to myself. I said I’d finish it at home and left. Leaving a salon unhappy is honestly so frustrating. You spend time and money hoping to look better, but it’s not worth it — and you walk out feeling upset instead. It feels like there are no skilled, honest professionals who actually know what they’re doing. Even when washing my hair, she didn’t do it properly. The underside of my head barely got any shampoo or water. At this point, I already go in with low expectations… but somehow they still manage to go below that. Then she used the same brush on my clean hair that she had used on my dirty hair, and even dropped the dryer nozzle on the floor, picked it up without cleaning it, and kept going. When she cut my hair, I honestly don’t believe she used a good technique — I just closed my eyes and waited for it to be over. Despite everything, I patiently waited for the result. At least if the final look had been good, I might have felt satisfied. But this is the result. I regret it.
