Salvador Ayala: Allstate Insurance

Last year we switched from a 5k to 10k deductible. They never made the change and then billed us the higher amount. They also have screwed up 2 years in a row and sent us the bill instead of billing our Escrow Account. This phone number takes you to an outbound call center. Hold times are 30 minutes+. For ANY insurance company to agree to lower the price and raise the deductible and then not do it and act like the call never happened (which results in them billing at higher numbers) is completely unhinged for any insurance agency, and then add on top the inability to correctly bill an escrow makes this a total donut of an experience.

It was a bit hard to get a hold of someone, but when I did I had the pleasure of speaking to Monica. She was extremely polite and EXTREMELY helpful! Her customer service skills were great, really took her time to help and see if there was anything else she could do for me. Thanks Monica!

My home insurance was cancelled because this office did not submit the required paper work. The underwriter could not get a hold of them nor could I. They do not answer the phone, or return voice or emails.

Can't get anyone to call you back. Every time you call goes to the voicemail and if you go by the office the lady at the front literally she was there while the phone was ringing and didn't answer it. Texted them and never got a call back. So you're better off going somewhere else. Don't waist your time. Well my concern is the outrageous increase in my policy, which they gave me the round a round and 4 days later they still haven't called me back or talked to anyone at the office, again every time I call the office gives me about 3-5 minutes greeting and when is time for someone to answer rings 4 times and tells you to leave a voicemail. I call them at least 10 times minimum on two different days.

Salvador Ayala at the 3030 at 3030 Plaza Bonita Road office assisting me above and beyond and filing and becoming familiar on how to file receipts and get them to the right adjuster due to the due to this matter we are so unfamiliar and want to be back in our home we don’t understand the timeline and he really explained it to us and put us at ease and put us at ease to not worry and to be stress-free. We want to take them and make their office be acknowledged for being top top-tier.
