Samantha Nguyen-Le - State Farm Insurance Agent

Everyone that is complaining about this agency seems to be wrong according to State farm agency owner Nguyen-Le. I am sure with that being the case I'll be wrong too, but here goes nothing!!! After being with the agency for around or over five years I experienced several changes. My insurance went from $160 to $290. And let's not forget the unexplained extra charges in between. Oh!!! and let's not forget the $374 because my wife cancelled the home insurance... Only to be told that the payment would go back to normal at$290. Mind you I was paying $252 before she cancelled the home insurance. Dang I almost forgot...I never filed any claims, and when my wife's car broke down on the 75 downtown Dallas, we were told that she was too far away from home to use roadside assistance 😡. To top it all off after cancelling the car insurance 14 days before my next billing cycle would have come, they still took out $290. However this part wasn't their fault, because my new insurance company didn't get the paperwork out in time😐. This last situation was probably my worst with the agency, because when I received my refund checks (a month later) one of the checks was for $221 which is obviously wrong ($290). I immediately called the agency but was informed that all agents were busy. Prompting me to stop by. You'll never guess what happened 👂. No one was busy and the Queen Bee herself looked at me like I was the plague. After all the excuses I was told they would get back to me as soon as they found out what happened. After going on to tell me that there may be some charges that were taken out 🤔. Long story longer!!! Since she thinks everybody is stupid can't wait to find out how much of this was due to my stupid mistakes with Nguyen-Le's agency. But trust and believe the biggest money pit of a mistake I have ever made is staying so long with a company that lacks integrity and only knows how to collect payments😒

Just TERRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. This agency is very disorganized, rude and they lie! Cancelling my auto insurance with them, which they also managed to make completely inconvenient. Unfortunately, my homeowners insurance is tied to these hacks. As soon as I can switch that over I will, but I am sure that process will be very EXTRA with them too. RUN do not walk away from this agency. How ANYONE at this place passed any test to sell insurance is a mystery to me.!

Not good agent keep changing the price every month for no reason. I talked to them and they do not tell me why they doing that and keep guessing why is that and keep saying maybe you got tickets or some thing else. For 2 months they charge me over $700 for one full coverage and liability 2011 and 2001.so i am shopping for another policy with different company. If i can give them zero rating i will

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have been with SAMANTHA for over 5 years... EVERY YEAR ITS SOMETHING WRONG GOING ON! The billing and reps have NO COMMUNICATION. Reps give false information to get the customer off the phone. I payed in April for that months bill and advancement for May. I was told I will be covered until June 28th, (( my next bill )) TODAY JUNE 1 my account is charged for my bill. NOBODY COULD GIVE ME CORRECT INFORMATION! RESULTING IN MY ACCOUNT BEING WITHDRAWN FOR SOMETHING I was aware I ALREADY PAYED FOR. I was advised they do not see the billing in office, they do not run under the same system. They would have to call to find any information. They want me to come in and see paper work.... BUT THE AGENT TOLD ME I WAS COVERED, if I was given correct information the first phone call I wouldn't have this incovnice today! Like every other year! Which is a better insurance PLEASE help I need reliable and honest people to handle my money

My parents and I use them for their service and haven't had any issues!
