Reported repair situations include investigating a starter issue, discussing sensor or module-related concerns, replacing a camshaft, and addressing other work needed on an older BMW. Been taking my 2004 325ci to this shop for more than five years, never had a problem with the work, the pricing or verbal estimates on work not yet done.

This place is a gem and has saved me literally thousands of dollars. They are as honest as the day is long and are very kind to boot! I have now had 2 instances where the dealer told me I needed some work done (to the tune of thousands of dollars) and when I follow up with Dave, they confirm my instincts were correct: no work necessary! There is no better BMW service in the East Bay!! Thank you, Dave and Dave!!

I have a 2000 z3 bmw that needs work to bring back to it's former glory. They are extremely knowledgeable and no nonsense advise and great prices. Most honest bunch of mechanics that I've ever had. They take really good care of you and the car. They were able to replace my cam shaft and fix a bunch of issues causing the check engine light to come on which previous mechanics missed. Highly recommend these guys!

I took my car in because my X3 had a starter issue. I chose this place because of the reviews but I should have been more cautious. As a woman, you never know if you are being scammed and I feel like that was my experience. I was told by Dave that I needed to replace the module due to a sensor issue. They went ahead and replaced the part and days later, told me the car was ready. They never gave me a price until the work was done and they said, I will need to do another $1500 repair but, in the meantime, my car should have no issue starting, it will only shake in the morning for 10-15 seconds but will still come on. Unfortunately, the car will no longer cut on, I am not even sure the module was replaced by Jerome (the tech). I feel completely scammed. I would not recommend taking your car here.
