SANA'A CAFE

I stopped by this coffee shop on a quiet afternoon around 5:30 PM. The space itself is beautiful, there was plenty of seating available, and I appreciated the convenience of having multiple charging options at the tables, including standard outlets, USB, and USB-C ports. The tea I ordered was also good, and the atmosphere and music were pleasant. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my experience. The restroom appeared to need more frequent attention. The hand soap seemed heavily watered down, which didn’t leave me feeling very clean after washing my hands. There was also no hand sanitizer available, no seat covers, and overall it felt like the restroom hadn’t been checked recently. My bigger concern was with the food order. Before ordering, I specifically asked whether certain pastries contained cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. I was told they did not. However, when I received my order and took a bite, it turned out to be filled with cheese. When I brought it back, the employee explained that I had been given the wrong item and provided the correct one. While I appreciated the correction, the replacement pastry was cold and didn’t appear to have been warmed up like the original item. I understand mistakes happen, especially in food service, but between the restroom concerns and the confusion with my order, the experience didn’t leave me eager to return. The location has a lot of positives, including the ambiance, seating, and charging stations, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and order accuracy. Overall, an average experience with some highlights and some disappointments

Came to SANA’A CAFE for the first time and Shafa & Ahmed were so helpful! All their pastries looked so good! Drink was very delicious as well!

We had a wonderful experience at this establishment . The staff ( Shafa, minerva, and Marwa) were friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer our questions, made great recommendations, and prepared our order perfectly. Even during a busy time, the team remained professional, efficient, and positive. Their excellent customer service and warm attitude made our visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the hard work of its amazing staff. Mashallah.
