They prepare my taxes there... The staff is very friendly, especially the office manager.
This place is ridiculous , I walked in. I was quoted and I gave my down payment, which seemed odd because other places quoted me a different price but thinking to myself since I Was referred here.I was getting Quoted a good price. Like they say “too good to be true”. I had two cars on my policy in which one of details to my car was wrong. My car was outside my job where I work and I got off work to find out my car had been hit. I immediately called Sanchez Insurance and spoke to the girl who quoted me Just to find out my car wasn’t covered. She then transferred me to the manager there and he didn’t know anything so at this point I figured. Let me drive up there and see what’s going on. My Uber dropped me off because I did not want to drive my car and it’s condition just to find out that my car was not covered. The policy was wrong which it made it void so on my police report I did it. Just get the police to come out and write it. I was also cited a ticket for not having insurance on my vehicle, which made me very angry . As I tried to talk to the manager there he blew me off and walked away and said that somebody else would help me the girl then gave me a number to call which was a place called falcon I spoke to the representative there and she said there was no policy with no number that was on my paperwork nor no one with my name . This also made me very uncomfortable and angry to know. I just spent so much money on a policy that didn’t exist. I won’t say more on this matter just beware of scammers this place is a big scam and not a business. Long story short, there was no policy and my money was completely gone, but as I was advised by my lawyer, he would take over So I wouldn’t have to be going back-and-forth with someone who doesn’t even know what they’re talking about. What kind of people does this place higher, This place is a joke And a complete rip off. This doesn’t even deserve one star, but I had to put one Just to post this. FYI. -JG
This is one of the worst locations I have been at. There is no reason to be in a Drive-Thru line for a minimum of 30 minutes. And when they take your order they have no patience and before you finish completing your order they're already asking what else do you want. I have never been to this location and have to wait for so long and drive-thru.
