I’ve been to Savannah Spa several times now, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The service is always top-notch from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. Everyone is so welcoming, and the spa technician is incredibly kind and friendly. My hair smells amazing, and my skin feels so soft afterward. It’s such a relaxing and refreshing experience every time. I highly recommend Savannah Spa to anyone looking to treat themselves. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently had an incredible experience at the head spa! The atmosphere was serene, and the customer service was top-notch. Our favorite technician, HOA, is amazing, my daughter adores her! This is a very mediocre salon—absolutely not worth the price. Spending over $200 without any discounts felt like a total waste, as the service quality didn't match the cost. I recently moved to Dallas and have been looking for a good salon, but this place was really lackluster; the facial massage technique was average, and they didn't even massage my neck or shoulders. Two weeks ago, I visited a salon in Koreatown for the same price, and the service was far superior. The esthetician was diligent; after the one-hour treatment, my skin felt soothed, and her massage technique was excellent—it was a truly enjoyable experience. She even massaged my neck, shoulders, and head while the mask was setting, whereas here, the esthetician simply walked out of the room during that time. Oh, and the mask caused a stinging sensation on my face—I have no idea what product it was. My partner also felt the same stinging sensation, and it took a long time for the pain to finally subside.

A literal hidden gem. This spa was set up beautifully (I'm surprised there are barely any photo taken of the inside when it's gorgeous), privacy is absolutely not a concern, and technicians' skills are beyond impressive. The head massage is incredible, and my technician Thư always seems to find the perfect spots. Unlike other places where the facial treatments (included with the shampoo service) tend to irritate or burn my skin, this spa uses high-quality products that work wonderfully on my sensitive skin. For years I've been getting a head spa every two days no matter where I am, and even compared to the service I’ve had in various Asian countries, this place still ranks above them all (not being exaggerated here).
