Sign in to reviewThey got me waiting for 45 minutes. Plus the 15 minutes earlier they demand to arrive for a total of 1 hour. If it was the other way and I’m the one arriving even 20 minutes late … what would happen? But they did have time to have a pleasant chat behind the front desk about how to say the work “party” in Spanish.
Don’t waste your time and money in this clinic. Their Nurse Practitioner Aida Alvarez has ZERO EMPATHY, horrible patient care, zero concerns about you as a patient, and her customer service was horrible. I needed 5 vaccines required for my green card application. She only authorized me to get 2 out of 5 vaccines. Staff doesn’t care about your needs, they also have excessive long wait times, they made me wait over 3 hours just to get 2 vaccines. A total waste of time and money. Also, they were trying to collect more money from me, and said I needed blood work and that costs an extra $115. On top of not letting me get all the vaccines that I needed desperately. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone, and I won’t be back ever again. They have horrible customer service, and they don’t care about your needs as a patient!!!.
Very disappointed with today’s experience. I had an 11:00 AM appointment for my son to recheck his ear and arrived at 10:45 AM. After waiting 40 minutes they called us in only to send us back outside again. Then after all that waiting, they told me to come back at 3:45 PM because they had too many patients. Honestly, this is not the first time. It is always the same situation appointments are never on time and patients are left waiting for hours just for a 10 minute consultation. I understand medical offices can get busy, but patients’ time should also be respected I need to skip works to take my kid on time for the visit. If the office cannot handle the amount of patients, they should not continue overbooking appointments. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
SERVICE IS HORRIBLE,WAIT TIMES ARE AWFUL ITS NO NEED TO ASK PPL TO COME 15 minutes early when you still have to wait so long! GO TO THE OTHER KATY LOCATION ON KATY THEIR BETTER! I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WAIT TIME MOSTLY
I visited this clinic twice. Both times left a lot to be desired. My nurse practitioner lacked proper bedside manner. The second visit, which was only two weeks from the first, seemed like an initial meeting. She didn’t seem to remember we had already met. I assume she didn’t review her notes. The main complaint I have is the lack of communication. I had blood drawn on December 22nd. It is one month later and I have yet to receive an explanation about my results. I have some coded red, which indicates an issue. On December 30th, I received an x-ray for my shoulder. The patient portal says my practitioner hasn’t seen the results yet. I called and left a message earlier this week. I was supposed to receive a call within 24 hours. I have yet to receive that call. This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. I’m literally appalled.
