It’s ridiculous how you can email constantly,,call no one is available to assist. I’ve emailed Jessica no response pertaining my account my account is ridiculous high and I’m asking for a breakdown one agent tells me a set price I get the bill it’s a whole different price. What company does not put the customers first? I’ve been with this company for years, and now it seems it’s all about the money. The customer service has went out the window with this location. They barely answer the phones now. This is not a company you wanna join due to the customer service here. It was amazing at first now it’s as if the agent’s doesn’t wanna be bothered. It takes weeks for an email response. You have 2 different agents giving you different prices and your trying to see why does this keep occurring and your payment amount is fluctuate every month this is not how it goes. At this point I’ll find a company that doesn’t mind assisting their customers! 1 vehicle 300.00
