My experience with Scott Realty Group was deeply disappointing. They took over three months to find a tenant, benefiting from me being out of town they didn’t prioritize my listing or follow through effectively. The realtor failed to follow up with interested families, consistently abandoned application processes, and was rarely reachable by phone, message, or email. She was always avoiding us. Communication was nearly non-existent with both me and potential renters, to the point that I had to step in and personally follow up with tenants just to get the property rented. After a couple of days of not knowing anything about the agent, even when we were in the last phase of the process and the tenants were ready to move-in ASAP. So we decided to contact Karen, who apologized, citing health issues. While I empathize with personal circumstances, this information was only shared in the final days. We should have been notified earlier and assigned a replacement agent to prevent the unnecessary loss of time, money, and effort. We initially chose Scott Realty Group based on their strong reviews—but in hindsight, it was easily the worst decision we could have made. We nearly lost our home, paying mortgage on the house and rent on our new apartment for months while they failed to get the property rented. Their agents simply lack the competence needed for these services. Until this date, we are still dealing with poorly vetted tenants—despite plenty of other qualified prospects who were ignored or never followed up with. There was no sense of urgency or genuine interest on the realtor’s part. This experience caused us significant stress, financial strain, and emotional distress, and left us questioning the professionalism of Scott Realty Group. I strongly advise prospective clients to look elsewhere.

It was great working with Karen and Kathy! Karen was so helpful and super sweet with helping us selling our house. Her team is amazing professional knowledgeable. My husband and I are Karen’s returning clients as she helped us buying house few years ago too. I would definitely recommend Scott Realty Group to friends and family in Houston!

Karen is an amazing agent! The entire team at Scott Realty is amazing. They take the time to get to really know you instead of seeing you as "just another closing" Karen made our first time home buying experience wonderful - she was there to help with everything we needed and was quick to jump on any issues we had. We built a home in the middle of a pandemic and it was as stress free as possible because of SRG. Kathy, the client liaison has awesome people skills and was so super helpful. l. You absolutely want them on your side!

Scott Realty Group did a fantastic job listing and selling our home. We absolutely adore Karen and enjoyed working with her. She took what could have been a super stressful time for us and made it super easy! The entire team took excellent care of us!

All the reviews you read on here about how great Karen Scott is are true! She was wonderful from the beginning to end of our selling process. From the time frame she predicted it would be sold to the price range was all correct! Her staff was great and they walked us through everything so we didn’t feel lost or confused as this was our first sell. Karen is well versed in all things real estate and we felt safe in her hands. We were so glad and thankful, blessed really that she was our realtor. The market can be ugly, and there are sharks everywhere who may try to take advantage or provide little knowledge so that the seller comes out with a small profit, but not Karen, she will have her clients back! Choose Karen with your eyes closed, you will be glad you did. I wish I could take her with me to purchase our new home in Dallas! If I could, she would be my realtor always!
