Scott's German Automotive & Tire of Peoria

I am always a bit hesitant to look for mechanics other than the mechanic at the dealership simply because there are so many variables that Make up a good automotive shop And Mechanic and I don’t know any of them. I know that you want to pay for what you’re getting however, most of the time when you look for someplace outside of the makers dealership, you are hoping for a Light price reduction and labor as well as overall cost. The mechanics at Scott seemed extremely well studied as well as well worked every person that I spoke to from the Front Desk people to the mechanics seem to have a really good understanding of My vehicle, which is a Volkswagen Tiguan. Overall, the labor cost was still pretty steep, which I believe maybe due to the fact that it’s a specialty automotive shop specifically for German cars, which is very important to do when you have one of these vehicles many mechanics think they may know how to work on German vehicles, but they do not have learned the hard way So overall, I paid the slightly cheap labor fees got my parts that I needed cheaper than what I thought I was going to an overall just a really good experience from the Customer Service to the work they did. I would definitely recommend this shop and I will continue to go there.

What to give a shout out to the awesome team at Scott's German Auto Repair here in Peoria, Arizona! First time visitor but wll be a long time patron to their business. I had recently purchased a used 2023 BMW X5 from Colorado online out of state buyer, and had the PPI done by, you guess it, Scott's of Greeley Colorado who have an awesome staff who helped me with the inspection which helped me make a decision to purchase a unicorn X5. Now I recently put new tires on since receiving the X5 via transport from Colorado and had Scotts German Auto Repair in Peoria do the alignment and overall inspection of the vehicle to start my new life as a proud owner of the BMW X5. None of this couldnt be possible without the confidence driven by the Scott's Automotive staff in both Colorado and here in Peoria that they instilled. Adrian who navigates the service portion provided me with a full understanding of what they do and who they went about taking my X5 in and what to expect. They have an out of the box approach to customer service that you will not find anywhere else, and anyone that has a German product should feel confident that they at Scotts of Peoria will help you at every turn, they are just that good at what they do and how they approach you as a customer. You may think this is a gimic, believe me, I know customer service and world class service, Scott's may not be perfect at times but they have the aptituted and devotion to helping us the customer to the best of what they have to offer without compromise. Honest and trustworthy shop. Unfortunately they weren’t able to completely take care of my cars issue but they were transparent and communicated well. Michael the service advisor was awesome and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them for those in that area needing some more routine repairs and maintenance.

Adrian and the rest of the guys are so friendly, tentative, knowledgeable, inexpensive and well experienced. I sincerely recommend these guys. We traveled from California on a road trip and we will always come here whenever we have car issues while visiting Arizona.

Great customer service. I took my vehicle there because my car’s computer message read that the rear brake pads needed to be replaced. They looked at the vehicle and all I needed was the brake pad sensor to be reset. I love good honest mechanics. I have definitely found an import shop to maintain and service my vehicle.
