This place deserves a negative 3 stars. This is the worst place I've ever been to. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. They cancel on you without warning, telling you its your fault after saying you didn't confirm via phonecall (there was no phonecall.) They said they called me on the 21st of Jan. I showed them my phone log. The receptionist let me look at her screen and it was confirmed they would have only sent confirmation via email or text which neither were received. They sent a MyChart notification reminding me of my appt. There was no confirmation prompt. The staff was rude and unprofessional, one was without identification not able to tell if she worked there or not. They never once offered to reschedule and when I called, they said they are completely booked. HOW?

My mother is on a fixed income. She got a tooth infection and had to go on emergency walk in. I've never seen her in so much pain and she did natural child birth! This place was a nightmare! They prescribed antibiotics, and said they don't prescribe pain meds. They said they were sending a referral for an oral surgeon. They never sent the prescription over, OR the referral! The lady was extremely rude when Mom called. There were several other neglectful issues/mistakes and everyone has an attitude! They behave like this knowing patients have no other options when they are low income! This is shameful!!

I have had Decades of satisfyed service from this location. Keep in mind they help a lot of low income people. They do the best they can. (You must confirm your appointment 48 hr in advance when they contact you or they will give it to someone else.) Thank you for helping me.

My experience with Sea Mar’s medical and dental services has been very disappointing. I have encountered repeated issues with appointment scheduling and communication. On multiple occasions, appointments were canceled due to alleged confirmation calls that were never actually received. Additionally, it has been extremely difficult to reach the office by phone, as calls often go unanswered. I have also experienced challenges when requesting documentation, such as printed appointment confirmations, which staff have declined to provide even when appointments were confirmed. These administrative issues have made it difficult to reliably access care. Equally concerning is the level of professionalism and patient care. During visits, I observed what appeared to be a lack of urgency and empathy toward patients. At times, staff behavior did not reflect the seriousness expected in a healthcare setting, which further diminished confidence in the quality of care provided. Overall, these experiences suggest significant shortcomings in both customer service and operational efficiency. I hope improvements are made to ensure patients receive the level of care, communication, and professionalism they deserve.

I am writing this to share a concerning experience at the Sea Mar Cedar Street location. I went in for a routine cleaning with Dr. O'Haver, but the process felt extremely aggressive and resulted in two of my teeth being chipped. When I returned to address the damage, Dr. Brown saw me; however, instead of addressing the chips, he suggested I might need a root canal. Most concerning has been the handling of my records. When I requested my X-rays to seek a second opinion, the images of my front bottom teeth—the exact teeth that were damaged—were blocked out and unreadable. Furthermore, the clinic provided conflicting information regarding their records policy, claiming they purge X-rays every six years despite previously stating they are kept indefinitely. I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency and the quality of care received.
