Sign in to reviewDan Greer did an absolutely amazing job helping my mother buy her new home! From day one, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the local market. He made a potentially stressful process feel seamless and expertly guided her through every step. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend him!
This is one of the worst run realty companies I've seen to date. While I do not rent from them, I have the unfortunate luck of owning a property adjacent to two properties they manage in Stonebridge. Both properties are complete eye sores. Fences were knocked down on both of their properties during February's storms. Both my neighbor and I, who share fence lines, have been continuously contacting this company to repair their fence. We are at nearly 2 1/2 months and no repairs have been completed. They sent out a fence company, who has been in business less than 1 year to fix it - They showed up on Saturday to put the posts up and have yet to return (it's currently Wednesday). We continue to keep getting the same run around....
The below response owner is incorrect. I have documented recordings going back to March and April. The fences fell in February and were immediately reported. I have recordings from each voicemail and conversation, expressing concerns for our kids in the event something gets into our yard and for our animals getting out of the yard. Those recordings have been turned over to our lawyers, in the event something happens, as I made it very clear over the course of 2 months that we will hold Seeto and the homeowner fully liable for any event that happens. We also made you aware on 4/14, 4/17/ & 4/18 we would have an aggressive breed dog at our house. The voicemail I received stated you were unsure which property it was and that you would simply "Let the tenant know". We ended up putting up a plastic temporary fence, to provide some sort of barrier for this animal while your organization continued to take over a month to address the issue. Additionally, we provided the contact information of the fence contractor, used by a neighbor across the street, whose management company fixed their fence within 1 week of it being blown down from the same storm. As far as concrete cure time, both the concrete manufacturer and AI both indicate the fence can easily be put up in a matter of hours after pouring. As it was poured on Saturday, we are well past the 24 hour mark. Again, this review will serve as additional legal evidence that if anything gets into our yard or our dogs get out and attack someone, as clearly stated numerous times, we will hold you fully liable and seek legal action. Fence repair does not take 3 months and directly asking neighbors to supply potential bids shows the inability of this company to properly manage any property.
We used Seeto Realty as a tenant of a property. They were very responsive to our maintenance requests as well as informative about the property. We have used about 10 different property management companies and they have been the best.
Natalie is just wonderful and helped us locate our rental home. She was great with helping us book showings and keeping us posted on new properties as they came on the market.
