Serramonte Ridge Dental

They got rid of Dr. McCormick and replaced her with the new oner who is horrible and didn't even floss my teeth correctly. Dr. McCormick was the best there and Connely sold it and left it to ruin. Real sad, they raised the rates too and not allowed insurance. The new owner's is a female who knows nothing about running a dental office and was very stoic and rude. Her name is Chu or something. Anyway I'm disgusted. Disregard the prior good reviews since Dr. McCormick was the best part of the Serramonte Ridge and they drove her out. Real Sad. I'm going to have to change. Just really greeedy and sad.

Big parking. Nice office. Friendly office workers. Dr. Lauren McCorming is very attentive. She did such a good deep cleaning of my teeth as I have never had before. She made a complete schedule for the course of treatment. Unfortunately dr. Mc. Coming is not working in this office, since new ownership. The same with hygienist. Now team not good, like was before. I had cleaning and gums is painfull second day. New owner installed filling, that fell out in couples weeks, and she blamed me, and refuse to make new.This is not professional!!!

I had an amazing experience at Serramonte Ridge Dental! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. McCormick was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. The clinic was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a safe environment. I left with a bright smile and would highly recommend Serramonte Ridge Dental for their top-notch service and care.

I was happy to receive a phone call that the office was open for cleanings so I could resume my regular every 6 month cleanings. As before, the staff are very good at greeting me, took my temperature, and the waiting room had seating spaced 6 feet apart. I was called in to my scheduled appointment on time, greeted by Inez. Received x-rays, a thorough cleaning, and refresher on how to properly floss molars. Dr. Conley is amazing, has a bright personality & a great collection of bow ties! He really cares about the health of my teeth. I will definitely be a patient and bring my entire family for their check ups!

What a professional, friendly and trustworthy Dentist! I saw Dr McCormick for an exam and to have some fillings done. She was so knowledgeable and even explained what she was doing, which I loved! In the past I've been told that I have a difficult mouth by previous dentists and Dr McCormick did my filling better than any dentists I've seen in the past and I didn't have any toothache afterwards! They were very transparent about how I would be billed, I felt safe and knew exactly what was being done and why. I really trust this Dentist and office! Dr McCormick was so professional and friendly, this is definitely my new office and I am encouraging all my friends to go there (one already has!)
