Service Street Tire

Service Street Tire & Auto Repair diagnosed and replaced an alternator failure last week. That is after I broke down next door at Big City Wings, they helped try to jump the car, then offered to charge the battery overnight to rule out dead battery. They got the vehicle in next day and had it replaced in one business day. I got the Inifiniti back and realized I had intermittent charging from the alternator after about 1 day. Dropped it back off and found that the alternator harness/plug was cracked causing an intermittent connection. They replaced it without me even asking and at no charge in a few hours. That is real customer service. The guys up front are exceptionally nice and great to talk to. Damien was especially helpful and informative. The shop techs are great too. Thank you all for your effort. You've gained a customer for all future repairs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Service Street Tire & Auto Repair. I brought my car in to get diagnosed, and Damian helped me through the entire process. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend Service Street Tire & Auto Repair, and especially Damian, if you’re looking for someone who actually takes care of their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They are truly professional and genuinely helpful. They provided honest, accurate advice about my car and even took the initiative to look for available discounts to help me save money. While my car was being serviced, they arranged Lyft rides for me to ensure I wasn’t inconvenienced. They also followed up afterward to check on my car’s condition and inspected it again at no additional cost. Overall, the level of care and customer service they provided was outstanding.

Everyone was very nice and professional, and they were transparent which was refreshing. They showed me and explained everything in a way that I could understand…they did not talk above my head nor try to make me seem unintelligent. They gave me a ride home and also came and picked me up when they were finished. That was very courteous and appreciated. They sent me an inspection report with pictures that included what was good on my vehicle as well as a few things I will need to have done within the next 6 months to a year. Overall, I was most definitely satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone needing and oil change or work done on their vehicle.

Low Cost Pet Clinic, SUNDAY JUNE 8, 2-4pm. Very pet-friendly service center!🐕 Met the new manager, Alley, today & she is great. Went out of her way to speak to each of us; kept us updated on what was going on with our car. Techs were quick. Office is beautiful. I will definitely come back & refer my friends. New shop in a new area, and I love it.
