10/10 experience. Settlement won, fast, efficient, easy to work with. Started in December 2025 and check cashed by end of May 2026. In just at 5 months time. The team is very direct and confident in the way they handle lemon law cases. They move fast but you do need to follow up with them to check the status since they seem to handle a lot of cases. I went into the office which is not necessary but I prefer in person meetings if available and convenient. They offer their expertise early on and will let you know if your case is strong or not. It is easier if you have a lot of supporting evidence along with screenshots, invoices, messages, diagnostic logs, calls etc, videos, photos. Again they won the cash, very direct, easy to work with, very informative. However you do need to do your due diligence and follow up every 3-4 weeks on a case update. Regardless they win and they have won a lot which speaks volumes. I was able to have Tesla buy back my car full value along with interest financing charges, and registration fees. They do new cars warranty, used car CPO and deal with all the major manufactures, BMW Toyota, Mercedes Range Rover fiat Chrysler jeep etc.
