I definitely do not recommend this agency. Ngan was the girl who helped my mom book a ticket for her round-trip from LAX to Ho Chi Minh City in premium economy. We paid over $2,000 for the ticket for travel from March XX to April XX 2026 (less than a month). I had trouble checking in with my mom e-ticket through the app before she arrived at the airport. This was our first experience with Satrlux airline, and yes, their customer service is worse compared to Eve. If you speak English, I'm sure you can book the ticket directly through their website, but since my mom travels alone, she felt more comfortable booking through an agent, which I do not recommend. This agent was terrible — they entered my mom's name incorrectly, which prevented me from checking in online. We arrived early at the airport, following her advice to check in and get a physical ticket, which was unnecessary since everything else could be done with just a QR code from the app, to avoid long waits. We arrived at 6:15 pm and had to wait in line until 8:30 pm for the check-in booth to open, while most people checked in earlier and only needed to drop off their luggage. We paid over $2,000 for my mom's ticket, and she couldn’t get a good seat because those who checked in early were assigned seats first. If you want to avoid what my mom went through, stay away from this agency. They are the worst.
Wonderful experience! I had planned a trip to Thailand with all my friends and wanted to add Vietnam and possibly Japan to the trip but it can be a headache to plan length of stays and airlines to choose. Seven travel made it so easy. I just say where I want to be and she showed me what I want and options that would save me hundreds on flight just from a simple day change in the plans! I planned my trip without thinking about the entry visa to Vietnam and she had my visa stamped on passport within 1 week!! Love the experience. Here's the best of why I highly 100 percent suggest you book through Seven... I was in Vietnam and decided to fly last minute from Hanoi to Saigon Ho Chi Minh... sent a message and she had it sorted within 2 hours as long as you contact her at the right time zone. Others would say you take loss on ticket and pay full price for change, she had it sorted and I paid only the discount difference. I had the best 2022 Vietnam/ Thailand trip, thank you Seven Travels for making this trip easy with my friends!
