I agree, SGI is not a Buddhist temple. We are lay led. I've been a member since 1974, chanting has totally changed my life. SGI never discriminates, teaches in respecting the dignity in each human being, mission is world peace through individual happiness. No matter what happens, we are encouraged never to judge, but to encourage our members just like the Buddha did to his followers.
