Overpriced and terrible! I just moved to the area so I thought I would check this place out for a cut and highlight. I booked online for both services and was given a price of $200 for 3 hours for both. I showed the technician a picture and she got to work. 2 1/2 hours later, my hair looks nothing like what I had asked for and the technician gave me a price of $400, not including tip. Stay away from this place. They are charging the same prices as high end salons but not the same quality of work. NEVER AGAIN!! SO UNHAPPY!!
I visited this salon while visiting the area. Tina was fabulous. She made the entire point seamless. Conversation was wonderful. Very welcoming staff as well! I am in love with my new color and cut. 👏🥰
I had the best experience with Genesis. She is incredibly polite and made me feel so comfortable—I rambled on about everything, and she was a wonderful listener! Most importantly, I just showed her a photo of the hairstyle I wanted, and she executed it perfectly. She is a true professional!
Maria was my hairstylist. She gave me a great haircut and style. The salon is very clean, and the ladies are welcoming. I love my hair, Maria listened to what I asked for and delivered. She also asked for confirmation before cutting, which I liked. She was friendly and even recommended me a product to help with an issue I had. The prices were great as well. 50 for a haircut and style on medium hair. Definitely would come back😁 pictures are 5 hours after, I asked for layers with length below the shoulders
Seper and Shayan are very dedicated to their craft and they are absolutely amazing!! Despite being a first time customer and not being able to book an appointment prior, they welcomed me and made me feel comfortable during the whole experience! Both of them were so nice!! They are both very professional and are knowledgeable about hairstyling (cut, color, and overall hair health) which made me feel at ease that they will do wonders and will really take care of my hair. All I had to say was that I wanted a layered haircut and that I didn't want my hair to be too light.. that's it! they listened to what I wanted, asked about my hair history, and took care of the rest! They took care of the finer details! They discussed and took the time to "study" my hair. They knew what cut works best for my hair type, what color matches my natural hair color and skin tone..etc..! I was watching two genuises working their magic on my hair! Also, I appreciate them asking if I was okay or if I needed water during the entire time. Such a pleasant overall experience! I love how my hair turned out and I am very happy with the results! It actually turned out so much better than I imagined! Thank you, Seper and Shayan!! You guys are awesome!! SH Salon-Clearlake will now be my go-to-salon! Highly recommend! 😊
