The haircut turned out exactly how I imagined—clean, stylish, and easy to manage. Mary is not only skilled but also super friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. Unfortunately, my experience at Shanaz Salon in Frisco was not positive. I visited multiple times because I initially thought my concerns might have been a one-time issue, but I noticed the same problems during each visit. My biggest concern was the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the salon. The environment consistently appeared untidy, which made me uncomfortable. I eventually decided to stop going there because hygiene is very important to me when choosing a salon. On one occasion, I respectfully shared my feedback regarding the cleanliness. However, I did not feel that my concerns were received positively, and the interaction left me disappointed. While others may have different experiences, based on my personal visits, I would not recommend this salon, primarily due to my concerns about hygiene and customer service.

Mayera she is very good I got a three-layer haircut at Shahnaz Salon in Frisco and had a very good experience. She took her time with my hair and did not rush. I loved how beautifully the layers turned out. Highly recommended!
