I love that you can customize the sweetness and ice levels, which makes it easy to get your drink just right. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions, especially if you're trying boba for the first time. The shop was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. Whether you're a longtime boba fan or just curious to try something new, this is definitely a spot worth visiting!
Definitely a go to bubble tea place for me. Right now they have fall drinks. Tried the Boba Pomango & tiger boba is pretty good too! They have nice games and claw machine to play. I was able to win a stuffy!
After sitting at the self order kiosk and having a hard time finding what we were looking for. None of the staff came to ask if we needed help or told us we could walk up and order either. The drinks were ok. But I don’t think they have a very good grasp on the sweetness levels compared to the many other tea locations we have had in the past.
I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered two Brown Sugar Milk Teas — one with mango popping and one without, as I have a mango allergy. I asked the staff member which one had the mango, and she responded rudely, telling me to check the labeling myself. Unfortunately, the labeling was incorrect, and I almost consumed the wrong drink. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when it involves food allergies. I hope the staff receives better training on both customer service and allergy safety.
Specifically asked for less ice in my drink. The filled up the whole cup and proceeded to tell me that if I paid for additional toppings they would have done less. Did not offer any type of restitution and worker was rude. Highly dissatisfied.
