A landmark in the University District since 1956. If you know University District you know Shiga's Imports. It's a home goods store at heart with knick knacks abound. 10/10 Would Recommend.
Wonderful place to find cards and gifts for adults and children alike! They have beautiful homewares from Japan, novelty and cute items, stickers, tea sets, and so much more. One of the coolest places on The Ave.
This place sells the sweetest and best tasting matcha powder I found. Their loose leaf tea selection is the main reason I come, reasonably priced and so good.
The cutest place for all things Japanese and some East Asian snacks. Everything about here is lovely, the incense, the snacks, the ceramics, even the soap. And the best part is that everything is reasonably priced. Go, go, go!
A truly Japanese import store…everything inside looked the best finds at the shops I visited in Japan! EXCELLENT prices as well!
