There are all kinds of Korean household items here, including kimchi refrigerators, Korean tableware, BBQ tables, Korean cosmetics, and a variety of souvenirs. You do not even need to go all the way to Korea anymore! Only downside was that as soon as I entered the store, there was a strong unpleasant chemical smell, maybe like paint or something similar.
If you are sleeping on their skincare selection, you better get on it! The staff is super helpful, you just have to get over yourself a little that they are following you to help out, not so much to monitor. Also love how many cheap, well made kitchen gadgets they have. A great place to peruse!
It can be described as a department store where you can purchase everything from small items to Korean electronic appliances—a treasure trove with almost nothing missing. I think many Korean products are slightly improved and redesigned to be more practical. For example, among the many items, I bought kitchen rubber gloves with a cotton coating inside, which greatly enhances the grip—something you can’t find in American grocery stores. Additionally, I purchased various small items and Korean kitchen utensils. Before leaving, I plan to visit this place once more to stock up on everything I need.
Uncomfortable shopping environment and rude staff. I really enjoy the selection of cute merchandise and the reasonable prices at this location. However, the customer service is deeply disappointing. The security/loss prevention staff make shoppers feel highly uncomfortable by hovering and watching you like a criminal. Additionally, the employees begin rushing customers out the door a full 15 minutes before the posted closing time. While the inventory is great, the hostile attitude from the staff makes it hard to want to return. Management needs to address employee behavior and focus on basic friendliness.
Dropped in real quick to check out the store before meeting up for dinner with others at BBQ Chicken. Been wanting to go here and this place did not disappoint. Was called a squirrel for constantly getting distracted. LOL. However, the thing that stood out the most is the INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . This was the most friendly Asian business I’ve ever been to in my ENTIRE life. Can’t wait for my next trip here to see what Asian treasures I can find for the home.
