Shine Salon

Shine Salon is a hair salon at 920 Pecan Ave in Charlotte, NC, serving clients looking for thoughtful haircuts and color with a stylist who listens. Customer feedback highlights the personal attention clients receive: reviewers describe stylists taking time to understand their preferences, following their direction, and checking that the finished look feels right. That listen-first approach can make a visit more comfortable, whether you arrive with a clear plan or want to talk through your options before making a change.

Hair color is a recurring reason customers recommend Shine Salon. Reviews mention balayage and a variety of color services, along with cuts, and praise stylists for considering what is best for the client’s hair. Michelle is noted by a repeat client for balayage and haircuts over about two years, while another customer describes working with Kelsey on different colors. These experiences point to a salon where you can discuss your desired result and get a stylist’s attention to your preferences, rather than treating color as a one-size-fits-all service.

Clients also call out Jessie, Rachel, and Kelsey for their care and communication. Reviewers describe Jessie as kind, talented, and easy to talk with; Rachel as attentive to a client’s requested direction; and Kelsey as someone who helps clients feel comfortable and takes her work seriously. One review mentions arriving with hair in rough shape, so customers with concerns about their hair’s condition may appreciate explaining those concerns and their goals during a consultation. Results depend on each person’s hair and service, but the feedback consistently emphasizes being heard throughout the appointment.
