To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding the eyelash service I received at your salon located inside Walmart on 5/14/2026. I paid $70 for eyelash extensions, and shortly after the service, I developed a serious eye infection that required me to go to the emergency room for medical treatment. During my appointment, I observed several unsanitary practices that made me very uncomfortable. The technician did not wash her hands, clean the area properly, sanitize equipment in front of me, or wipe/clean my eyelashes before beginning the procedure. The overall environment and process appeared extremely unhygienic. As a result, I experienced pain, irritation, swelling, and infection in my eyes, which caused emotional distress and medical expenses. I believe the infection was caused by the unsanitary conditions and lack of proper sanitation procedures during my appointment. I am respectfully requesting a full refund of the $70 I paid for the eyelash service. I would appreciate this matter being handled promptly and professionally. I also strongly encourage management to review sanitation and hygiene practices to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Please contact me regarding this matter at your earliest convenience.

Just had the most amazing experience. Bina was simply amazing. Definitely great at what she do. It was my first time and I didn’t have to say a thing. I got exactly what I wanted. Very new to tint and it came out beautifully. She is now my new threading girl and I will definitely be coming back for sure.
