My honest review is, I had a really really disappointing experience at this dental clinic. While the facility itself seemed fine, the way I was treated by one of the staff members, who I believe was a doctor was completely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Going to the dentist can already be stressful, and dealing with that kind of behavior just made the experience worse. Instead of explaining things clearly or showing basic courtesy, her tone and attitude were abrupt, rude and disrespectful. To make things worse, I ended up paying $70 but felt so uncomfortable due to their behavior that I had to leave the clinic without completing my visit. That was extremely frustrating and a waste of both my time and money. If patient care, communication and especially self respect matters to you, don't go there!!!

Dr. Narin is an exceptional dentist. He went above and beyond by performing an emergency extraction on a Saturday during his time off to help me when I truly needed it because another denist got partially through it but was unable to. He is kind, compassionate, and highly professional. His staff is equally wonderful — they were able to get me in quickly when I was concerned there might be an issue. I am so grateful to all of them. I would refer them to everyone I know.

Waste of Time. I scheduled an appointment for a broken tooth. It needs to come out. I said I do not need a full exam, my dentist back home in Austin takes care of that. I'm only here a few months. And I let them know I am getting all my teeth removed next year and getting implants, so just work on this one tooth. I also called them the day prior to let them know I am on blood thinners and what the protocol is for that. They couldn't give me an answer. First, after booking, they send you a lengthy, extensive, wordy text about being on time and how someone else would be be happy to take your spot and that the dentist will show the same respect. Guess what, they were running late. I spent 30 minutes doing their online forms and documents at home online, and when I got to my appointment, I had to do it all over again. Then when I get to the chair, they start doing a full exam. I told them to stop, only focus on the problem tooth. The dentist said he could do the extraction right then. I told him again that I was on blood thinners, he obviously didn't look at the aforementioned documents i had to fill out twice. He said he needed medical clearance from the prescribing doctor before he could do anything and I would have to stop taking the blood thinners several days prior to the extraction. This whole ordeal could have been solved over the first phone call, rather than having to change plans to fit in this dentist appointment where nothing was accomplished.

I went in today for a root canal. It was my very first. The Staff was very friendly, they explained everything politely. The Dentist explained everything perfectly & the procedure was painless. The experience was better than I expected. 5 stars💫 …

I had my first visit on 17 Jul 2026. I am a patient from the Dept of Veteran Affairs. Was very impressed by the service and organization in my initial visit. Karine examined me and polished my teeth. Dr Patel took time to insure I had good dental health. I will return in 6 months for sure.
