I had a situation where I had an appointment with another mobile mechanic and he said he would show up first thing in the morning and not only did he not show up he completely ignored my calls and texts. So now it’s around noon and I took off of work waiting for that guy and now I’m stressed because I need this truck fixed so I can get to work tomorrow. I call several mobile mechanics and only Silicon Hills was able to get to me same day. Had an appointment for 3pm but they had a mechanic quit that day so my appointment changed to later that day. Brent calls and explains the situation and told me “I’m extremely sorry for the delay. I have to cover the stops that the guy who quit was supposed to go to and then I’ll get to you. No matter what it takes or how late it gets, I will take care of you no matter what!” And he meant it! He kept texting me updates on when he’d arrive and got there by 8pm. He had my issue diagnosed and fixed in minutes and wouldn’t leave until we tested everything and then looked over my truck and fixed a light that had a broken fitting. He really went out of his way and stayed until my truck was fixed and tested. Outstanding mechanic and person. Highly recommended!!!!

Brent Jones came to my place for a diagnostic bc ive been having a sensor telling me my low fuel pressure. So I bought a fuel pump prior and was going to have him install it. When he got there, he did a diagnostic and fixed my fuel pump without even having to replace it. Do not only did he come get my truck running, I took back my fuel pump and got my money back all for an excellent price. I recommend the Man any day of the week. Very polite, quick to respond and 100% honest!
Overall great service. Customer service was quick to provide a repair quote. Mechanic was able to come the same day and get me back on the road. Highly recommend.
