Do better for your open houses! Why would you knowingly (and illegally) block a fire hydrant? This is for a house you're showing on Muir ct. in Henderson. You've hidden this hydrant now for the second time in 2 weeks for both open houses!
While I can't speak to this agency's overall performance with homeowners, my experience with agent Tiger and his wife Elizabeth Helgelien was negative. This review reflects my experience with them specifically and isn't intended to represent the entire agency. They initially promised to help with listings when the owner of our rental decided to sell six months early. We had hoped to buy the home but wanted to wait until summer to assess the financial climate. Nevertheless, at the owner's request, we vacated within ten days and were provided with a glowing recommendation. Subsequently, our relationship with the owner deteriorated, and our interactions with Tiger and Elizabeth became unsettling. While online searches might offer some context, and while "bad vibes" are subjective, I can speak to their unprofessional conduct, which I believe was, at minimum, unethical. I'm ultimately glad they didn't prioritize us as clients, as we found our dream home independently and are nearing closing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not aligned with their apparent political leanings.
Sam Tinsay is a great agent! Very patient with our unique home needs. He kept us up to date on all the new listings and was very quick to schedule tours when we wanted to see a house. Great market knowledge and once we found the house we liked we negotiated as a team and Sam was able to get us the best deal possible, even in this tough market. He said many times "I won't let you overpay for a home" and he kept his word. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a hard working agent who always answers your call and makes what can be a tedious process seem easy! Thanks again Sam!

I was working with an agent from this brokerage, and from the beginning, the level of professionalism and customer service factor I've received is hands down one of the best. I'm not sure if I can say it was because of the agent himself, but knowing that he is associated with this brokerage speaks volumes. If every agent treated their clients as well as my agent did, then I know for sure Simply Vegas is going to be and will forever be one of the best real estate brokerages in the city!! I loved how Robin (receptionist) and my agent were so easy to get in touch with to get my questions answered.. I know who I can refer my friends to: as long as they are associated with this brokerage, I know they'll be great!
