The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the consultation felt very thorough and personalized. Before my Skin Laundry membership, I had zero facial/serious skin care experience. Having gotten regular facials at SL for a couple of months now, I can safely say I am hooked! Everyone at the UTC location is absolutely lovely, scheduling/rescheduling if necessary is super easy, and the facility is clean and stylish. Best of all, my dark spots and sun damage are fading away. So happy with Skin Laundry!

I’ve had a really positive experience at Skin Laundry. The space is clean, modern, and feels very professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and take time to explain the treatments and aftercare clearly, even if you’re new to laser facials.
The woman at the front desk was incredible, she was so knowledgeable about anatomy and how all the machines worked, I was shocked she wasn’t a RN. Her energy alone could have brought me back. When the nurse brought me back she seemed like she was in the biggest hurry. No questions were asked, didn’t know my name, told me to lay down. Without any explanation or conversation she started slapping the cold gel all over my face. I understand this is part of the process but it was so much gel and done so hastily that it was dripping on my clothes and hair. She gave one word responses to my question. This was an introductory facial at a very low cost so thankfully I didn’t spend a lot of money. But I would never spend 1000’s of dollars to go here and get treated like that again. If it was less money, sure. But this is supposed to be an enjoyable experience with prices like that. Editing the review to add they never followed up with me.
