I moved to the Dallas area recently and I have been coming to Skyview Dental since I’ve been here, and I have to say that the service, attention and care to the patients is over 5 starts ⭐️. Doctor Erika Mendez is professional and very dedicated to the work she and her team does. Skyview Dental Las Colinas is an excellent place for dental care. They have top‑of‑the‑line equipment, and I’ve been going there for over three years with absolutely no complaints. Dr. Erika is the best—very perfectionist in her work, kind, and truly professional. The assistants, Vanessa, Rosie and Rachel, are always great, and today I met Itzel, who was just as wonderful. The front desk team is also consistently friendly and helpful. Going to the dentist isn’t something most people enjoy, but here they make the experience as comfortable and positive as possible. Completely recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about the dentist her entire team. I have a great deal of anxiety about dental work, but they were so kind, patient, and professional that they completely exceeded my expectations. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, I highly recommend this practice. Their compassion and professionalism are truly exceptional.

Dr. Méndez, and Dr “B”, are excellent, and caring in everything they do. They are special professionals. I take my Alzheimer’s friend member to see Dr B. He has been Dr B’s Patient for years. I don’t have enough space to share all that she, and her team have done for him. His dental cleaning is done by Rachel who is able to perform her work in a proficient way. My friends Alzheimer’s is stage 5. Rachel is able keep him relaxed, and does a wonderful job. I am very grateful to all.

**UPDATE:** I am updating my original review to **4 stars**. A few hours after I posted my review, Dr. Menendez personally called me to apologize. She assured me that she would address this issue to help ensure it does not happen again. Although the practice does not accept any insurance plans, she explained that they will make sure all new patients are informed of this clearly and professionally before their appointments. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Menendez taking the time to reach out to me personally, acknowledge my concerns, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving communication. That level of professionalism and accountability made a positive impression on me. ORIGINAL POST While Dr Menendez and Rachel are phenomenal, their front office staff is bad, it is my second visit , came in for a cleaning and they charged me $150! When I asked why, she started arguing about insurance claims and how they work, all because they are incapable of telling you out front they are not contracted with ANY insurance, beware about this
