I just visited Slay Me Nails and had an amazing experience! Bobby was incredible, and Lena and Q were also so kind, welcoming, and talented. The entire team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Bobby executed my nails perfectly—honestly, they turned out even better than the inspiration picture I showed them! The salon is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the attention to detail is top-tier. Buyer beware I went in for a manicure buff and shine and a basic gel pedicure. They have you sign in on a kiosk with the service that you want and the prices. My two services came out to $65 on the kiosk 55 for pedicure 10 for buff and shine. I noticed Tina took her time and was very polite, but once it got to my manicure, my nails were not soaked in any water and I felt like the process was not properly done. Given the time it took for her to do my nails during the service she asked twice for reviews and I felt OK about giving them at the time. When it came time to pay, she rang me up and said it was $95. I looked at my unpainted fingers and my simple gel polish toes and ask how my service is melted to $95 someone else aside from Tina who worked there explained that the buff and shine was a manicure add-on for an additional $30. I look back at the kiosk and there was no option for manicure and buff and shine. It just said buff and shine and everywhere I’ve ever been to included a buff and shine with the manicure. I paid and told them that I would not be back because that was not clear and the price quoted all the way back at the check-in was significantly different and no one bothered to indicate this to me. In terms of vibe, I liked the early 2000s R&B music they played but overall, it was giving scam with that kiosk and the employees. When I went outside in the daylight, I noticed there was still some dirt under my buffed fingers; I drove off rolling my eyes wishing I had just gone to Walmart .

Very rarely do I walk into a nail salon and immediately feel the kind of positive energy, genuine care, and exceptional customer service that I experienced at Slaime Salon. I came in with two severely broken nails that were causing me significant pain and discomfort. I was worried about finding someone who would be gentle and understand how sensitive my hands were. When I arrived, I was greeted by the wonderful staff and immediately felt welcomed. I met with Q to get my gel x set and he noticed the condition of my nails right away and took exceptional care of me. He was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and gentle throughout the entire process. He even consulted with Ruby, owner regarding my broken nails and she immediately came to the rescue. Their primary concern was making sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain, and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism they both showed. During my appointment, I could tell how much pride Q takes in his craft. His attention to detail, patience, and dedication to providing quality work were evident in everything he did. We had wonderful conversations, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about every client who sits in his chair. Tina gave me a fantastic pedicure and added to the overall relaxing and enjoyable experience. Every member of the team made me feel valued, cared for, and appreciated. What impressed me most was that this wasn’t just a nail appointment, it was a customer service experience that is becoming increasingly rare to find. The level of attentiveness, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I received during my two-hour visit was outstanding. Thank you, Ruby, Q, and Tina, for turning what started as a painful situation into such a positive experience. I left feeling relieved, cared for, and grateful. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Slaime Nail Salon to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that truly goes above and beyond for their clients. And for anyone who is looking for a place who stays opens late, this is your place to be as they are open 24 hrs and can take you in after hours as long as you make an appointment. After having so many bad experiences with nail salons here in Vegas, I honestly did my research, but this time I actually decided to just walk in and give this place a try. And by the grace of God, I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Tina and everyone there were so kind and welcoming. You can really feel the difference when people genuinely care about their work and their clients. Tina took her time with my pedicure and didn’t rush at all, which meant everything to me. As a mom of two little ones, I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in almost a year, so this was really special for me. And let me tell you, it was one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and honestly so happy I went. I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely be coming back ❤️
