Sign in to reviewOutstanding experience. Dentists have always been an awful experience, but Dr. Nguyen was so kind and gentle. He gave good advice without being judgmental or rude, and they even got me a blanket for my exam! Definitely the best dentist office in Texas! On top of that, everyone in the building was super nice, and super efficient, too! And the music they play is so fun!
I’ve been coming to Smile Design Dental since i was a child, and I love Dr. Nguyen he is absolutely the best at what he does. I got a wisdom tooth removed by him and was feeling scared but he made sure to make me feel calm and was patient. He’s also patient with kids. Will always be coming here! :)
For starters, I want to thank Dr. Nguyen. He has been my doctor since I was 5, and he has always been dedicated to his work. His team is amazing, it truly takes a team to build an empire, and that’s exactly why they are so successful. They are genuine, honest, and truly care about their patients. I’d also like to share a recent experience. I had braces and got them off, and about two weeks later, after receiving my retainers, I noticed that my teeth were grinding and it chipped away at my bottom retainer. I came in right away, and they helped me make an appointment the very next morning. Dr. Nguyen examined everything and reassured me not to worry he told me he would help me. He allowed me to keep my top retainer and placed a wire on the bottom at no charge. He was sincere and went above and beyond. Dr. Nguyen doesn’t just do his job as a doctor he truly understands and cares. I want to say thank you, Dr. Nguyen and thank you team!
