Everyone was very welcoming and professional. My dentist was honest and kind, even with all of my analytical questions, she was very patient and compassionate. I am planning on having my children who are now young adults transition here as I felt really comfortable with everyone, from the kind informative accounting, welcoming and scheduling support to the knowledgeable and scientific approach to building a dental health plan that felt doable. I highly recommend!

Very happy. Went for a simple clean and they even went over everything and even gave me options for any future work I may want performed for orthodontics. Zero complaints! Very nice ladies.

I agree with Marjorie. Our old dentist retired and sold it to Smile Haus which is technically not a franchise but it feels like one. Me and my family have been a patient of Dr.Tischler and then Dr. Mc Dowell since 1987. Now during the visits suddenly we get extra procedures. My family of 6 members will be moving to another dentist. I have been researching online and with my insurance and I found the following research: Common Red Flags in New Dental Practices Sudden Influx of Work: Being told you need multiple procedures (like many fillings or deep cleanings) that were never mentioned by your previous trusted dentist. Urgency Without Detail: Pressuring you to get expensive work done immediately without providing specific medical evidence for the urgency. Focus on Non-Covered Procedures: Recommending many specialized treatments, such as extra fluoride or "deep cleanings" (quadrant scaling), that insurance may not fully cover. New Equipment Pressure: Aggressively recommending procedures simply because the practice has recently acquired new diagnostic tools or imaging equipment. ------ This is in response to the information you posted. I appreciate your response to try to help, but coincidentaly did not only happen to David, but to other three members of the family for different treatments.

Dr Stern worked me into her schedule because I had a chip on my front tooth and did not want to face everyone at the holidays with that “look“. She did a great job and was super quick. I really appreciate her and Joanna taking care of me.
